BIG GUNS

I've been working on a feature these past couple of weeks called Big Guns.  The crew was so fun to work with.  Good times.  We shot in Asbury Park and I took some photos...Such a rad weird place.

Chris McDonnel is the lead actor and the producer.  He plays a scumbag guy named "McDick".  Great guy, super funny.

The DP, Scott Beardslee, was obsessed with this place.  The crew was going to eat lunch here but it was closed.

We did a shooting scene where Chris was being shot at.  They had dust bullets in a paintball gun that exploded against the building when shot.  It looked so real, it was awesome!!!!

SHAPESHIFTR WINTER 2011 LOOKBOOK SHOOT

If I had the money to invest in these two designers I would.  There collections just keep getting better and better.  I went for an egyptian inspired look for the hair and makeup.  Lots of browns, black, red burgundy, mustard, nude, navy, and sand like colors in this collection.  So inspiring.  I hope one day to own some of these pieces...To see their line click here

Shapeshiftr!!!!

Shapeshiftr has some really amazing designs and I was psyched to work with the two founders/designers Meghan Lavery and J'aime Lizotte to create hair/makeup for their winter lookbook.  All their designs are influenced by geometry with different textures and lots of layering.

Nina Sky Shoot

Thursday I paired up with editor Hana May Feldman of Hearty Magazine for a shoot with the musical duo Nina Sky. These identical twins were amazing to work with! Special thanks to Hana for making this happen and The Chop Shop in Chinatown for allowing us to shoot out of their shop!!!
